SOTGAR Systems was born in 1996, with the aim of introducing top level or innovative technologies into the Spanish market. The initial target was the pulp and paper industry, but soon it developed towards the solid fuel energy as well as the recovery of residual energy for reuse.

The partners of the company have more than 40 years demonstrated experience in industrial energy solutions/ optimisations.

Our policy is to represent and/or to distribute solutions and products of best available technologies from companies with proven experiences and/or with innovative technologies.

With Scandinavian origin, and presence in Sweden through our sister company, it is natural that the majority of the technologies are from Sweden and Finland although we also represent recognised technologies from the centre of Europe and America.

The represented companies have lot of weight in the process industry as well as in the energy based on biomass and other fuels.

The fundamentals have always been the technical knowledge of the supplied products and to guarantee the follow-up of the results, ensuring that SOTGAR Systems through our principals always take care of the good functioning of the supplied installations to our customers.

The major part of the Technologies are processes and systems, energy producing plants, boilers, systems for recover residual energy to convert it into electrical power or useful heat as well as the handling of solid fuels. There are also components, such as heat exchangers, high level measuring technology, refiners, chains etc.
